Who's Invited? (Eligibilty)

If you are a YouTuber or Instagram creator with a public account, you are invited to participate.

The Challenge: Any Content, Any Platform

Your content can be in Any Language and run on Any Platform (YouTube, Instagram Reels, etc.).

Posting Deadline

The Creator Challenge kicks off on December 19th and wraps up on January 20th. That gives you one full month to create, post, and share your best K-content with us — no rush. All content must be officially published and live before the 20th of JAN 2026 following the Beauty Barn Flagship Store Launch event. Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.

Content Rules

Creators must strictly follow all content requirements listed below.

Video Title Requirements (YouTube)

Your YouTube video title must clearly include: "Beauty Barn Flagship Store" and "K-Beauty in India".
Example title: "I Visited the New Beauty Barn Flagship Store | K-Beauty in India"

Mandatory Keyword Usage (YouTube Description)

The following keywords must appear at least once in your YouTube description:

Core Narrative

The video or post must capture the BeautyBarn atmosphere and prominently highlight the store’s key USPs, such as:

Duration & Format

YouTube: Minimum video length of 10 minutes.
Instagram Reels: Minimum video length of 60 seconds.
Content must be shot in HD resolution or higher, with clear audio and appropriate lighting.
Poor-quality submissions, including unclear audio, dark footage, or unedited clips, may be immediately disqualified.

Rights & Usage Agreement

By submitting content to the Creator Challenge, the participant agrees to the following:

Perpetual License

Beauty Barn is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, publish, and distribute the submitted content, in full or in part.
Usage may include, but is not limited to, Beauty Barn’s social media channels, paid advertising, website, email marketing, and in-store digital displays.

Originality

The content must be entirely original work produced specifically for this challenge.
Any use of copyrighted music, images, or material without proper license will result in disqualification.

Warranties

The participant warrants that they are the sole owner of the content submitted.
The participant warrants that Beauty Barn’s use of the content will not violate the rights of any third party.

Judging Criteria

The total prize pool 1lakh (₹50,000 + ₹30,000 + ₹10,000 + ₹5000 + ₹5000) will be awarded at the discretion of the Beauty Barn team. Entries will be judged based on:

Creativity and storytelling
How well the store experience and store USPs are showcased
Overall production quality
Adherence to all rules and guidelines stated in these Terms & Conditions

All judging decisions made by the Beauty Barn panel are final and non-negotiable.

Disqualification

Failure to meet any of the mandatory eligibility, content, or rights requirements may result in immediate disqualification, even if the content has already been posted or has begun to receive engagement.

Missing the posting deadline.
Failure to include mandatory titles, keywords, or hashtags.
Use of copyrighted material without proper permissions.
Submitting low-quality or incomplete content.
